Jess and her team have been cleaning for us for a long time. It is very difficult to get reliable cleaners and we had been let down badly in the past. However Mrs Mop is very flexible and always puts the customers first where she can. For the level of service and professionalism provided the cost they charge is very reasonable. They have made our lives a lot easier and we are very appreciative!

A fantastic service from a brilliant team. They are incredibly careful and considerate, and everyone is trained up to a high standard. This isn't a quick wipe of surface and a hoover, they have a thorough methodology that leaves everything clean and they add nice scents to their cleaning products so it all smells lovely too. They pay attention to which rooms/objects get used the most, and make sure those always get looked after, but also keep track of things that need a clean every few months. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended Mrs Mop and have not been disappointed! I’ve never had a cleaner before and am so glad I did. I’ve had 2 cleaners from this firm now and they are obviously trained to a very high standard. My bathrooms have never ever been so spotless. They are incredibly professional too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cleaner.

Absolutely Fantastic. I’m not surprised Jess & her team are so busy. I had to find a cleaning company for my elderly Nan who is in Essex (I’m in Somerset) I arranged to meet Jess and she was so lovely. I instantly trusted her, she even suggested installing cameras. They have been amazing. Fab standard of cleaning, friendly and trustworthy. I really wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my Nans cleaning now. Above all they all care about the people they are cleaning for. I would definitely give 10/10 and recommend.

I can't thank Mrs Mop and her team enough for the wonderful job they did (at short notice) for my 83 yr old mother. Mum's house was deep cleaned from top to bottom. They were thorough and meticulous, even disposing of out date products. Kitchen cupboards and drawers spotlessly clean and tidy as was the rest of the house. I highly recommend this company.

Jess and her team did a deep clean for us today, from enquiry to completion Jess was prompt with replies to our queries and giving quotes, on the day was on time and exact in what was arranged, a fantastic and thorough clean couldn’t ask for anymore, thank you ladies x
