Lied about returning day.When they took our laundry on Thursday, they promised it would be ready for pickup on Saturday the same week.The shop wasn't even open on Saturday all day, and it took them extra two working days after that to return the clothing, so it was ready by Tuesday.God forbid I need the items that are in there and I take what they say at face value...Never messaged, zero communication. When my partner asked them why the delay, they handled it with a simple sorry"
