We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.

Great experience at this hospital with my daughter after getting ill. The nurses and doctors are very attentive, caring and properly understand the needs of the patient. The children’s A&E is very clean and nicely laid out. The wait times when we went we’re a little high but this is understandable given the time of year and stresses the NHS is going through.

Waiting time noticed start from 4-6 hour maximum. But I am waiting 8 hr, I am still waiting might be take longer or not to see my chile. I see that some people coming after us but going earlir, as I see management in low level.

My daughter was seen and discharged in less then 2 hours. Arrived at 8pm and leaving at 9.30. Everyone who saw my daughter treated us with kindness and respect. Happy with the service and impressed. Thank youWe saw 3 doctors and a triage nurse and a x-ray was completed by a very friendly and nice lady. Everyone put my child at ease.Hope we don't have to come back again but very pleasedThank you

Absolutely useless, doctor’s don’t have a clue what they’re doing .. we went with our 10 month old baby twice in three days because he had high temperature and itchy skin and after a long wait the doctor just had a look at him and said he seems fine it could just be a cold !!! Are you kidding me ? They don’t even want to run a blood test and we’ve been asking many times we need to understand exactly what’s cause of this problem because it’s not going away but they don’t care they just try to guess what they think it could be and send us home again and again just prescribing paracetamol or ibuprofen… I’m so tired of these NHS so called Doctors who don’t know anything but to prescribe paracetamol .. I’m paying my taxes for the NHS and in return I get nothing, no service at all .. NHS is absolutely useless and their doctors(most of them are absolutely useless, clueless of what they are doing) NHS IS A JOKE

My son was injured and tried getting treated here. The staff were rude, disorganised and even aggressive. They also failed to stitch my son up properly, leaving me to do it myself. I was working with NWAS at the time and was in an ambulance uniform when the staff threatened me. I made a complaint about it but never heard anything back. Keep your kids away if you don't want to be berated by incompetent staff offering substandard care.

Waiting here for the last 6 hours and they say we know you are here but we can't see you" depends upon how serious your kid is... is this a joke? Who comes here at night time to listen to this when his/her child is fine. Please upgrade your system."
