Exceptional local bike shop. Providing solid advice, great online service booking tool and will go out of their way to turn things around. Very lucky to have them on the doorstep and they keep me supplied with parts for my bike which goes through parts given my daily commute ! Most importantly they don't try and sell you things you don't need... :-)

Excellent! I recently had my bike serviced and was delighted with the pleasant customer service (bike was collected from my home and returned), and work done has made my bike a joy to ride again, and a great standard of work. I definitely will be returning. Highly recommended.

I dropped a bike to be checked and have the brake cable changed last Sunday. The bike was picked up 3 days after ( I assumed the bike was fine as I just paid 80quid for a check and the brake cables) back home I realised that a lot of the screws and bolds were missing, the mud guard was hanging with only 1 screw left. When I returned the bike I basically had to convince the 2 sales persons that I was t the one who has damaged the bike, and after having to deal with a lot of attitude they accepted to fix the bike. They didn’t seem to feel bad about it and I didn’t have any excuse.I won’t go back to that shop and I ll make sure to pass the word.

Today I had a problem with my bike, I was around Twickenham, looking for someone to fix a little problem with my bike, I visited 2 larger bike shops and they both said that the best they can do is in 2 moths. So I thought I might give a try to some smaller shop which is why I came here, also very busy but they were able to help me out while waiting. I would strongly recommend the service but not just that they sell some nice bike components and bikes in general, has great parking places.

Wonderful service, I turned with a shoddy photo of my partners bike looking to buy him some tyres. They managed to match them by sight alone and they were a reasonable price plus they kept them in the shop for me so i didnt have t cart them around town. The whole team were very friendly and non judmental of my comeplet lack of knowledge, bought some mud guards from them last year for a gift and again very reasonably priced! Would 100 percent reckoned over any other store

In the process of buying bike. Didn't buy one yet, but I can tell that the member of staff in this shop today was the most helpful and very friendly. He explained the differences between brands and how they use parts with a bit of the history, e explaining the cost relevance. He was very friendly and if I deside to get one that this shop has, I definitely come here because the guy was so awesome. Thanks for being so professional!

I recently visited the shop and was very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff. Dan in the workshop was excellent in sorting out my bike and very quick. Highly recommend

What a difference in customer service. A friend of mine sold me one of his 3 bikes for £20. It had been locked up for 3 years and hadn’t seen the light of day. Naturally the bike need some minor repairs so I took it to 2 bike repair shops to get a quote. The first shop “ cycle exchange” wanted £30 if they just looked at it and I had to wait a week if I was lucky. The friend that sold me the bike recommended moores cycles so I took it there. The first mechanic checked it over then had his boss come over to see if he could pull the price down which he did. It turns out my bike was a big deal in the day so there was a bit of shop talk and laughter. 30 min later I had my bike fixed for less than the other shops look at it cost. What a result with Moore’s Cycles! That’s the way I remember service use to be. So glad it hasn’t died.

Very happy with my bike after yesterday's service. They were able to fit it in at relatively short notice (day or two). They were very easy to deal with and fixed up my bike to be better than it was when delivered new 2 years ago (from another retailer) even fixing bits I hadn't mentioned but knew were wrong with it. They noticed and just dealt with it which is awesome!

Outstanding service. My daughter has just recently started cycling more and her bike has needed her seat raising and gears sorted and the staff member here are always so happy to help. Very efficient and friendly.
