Really poor service on two visits, wont be going back.J32 store was our first Clarks visit with our young one it was amazing, but with this store being closer, thought would try totally on a different level of service. Not what we expected at all.

What a terrible unwelcoming manageress. As soon as I stepped into the shop was told in a very stern way. If we don't buy shoes, feet cannot be measured. How do you know if a 2 year old feet have grown, however we picked our shoes and got our number under the ever watchful eye of this woman. Had my grandsons feet measured. Was then left sat for 15 minutes whilst the young girl looked for shoes. Left the shop with no shoes. Will not return to clarks again. Suggest new manager in this store. The staff look miserable and anxious. Very poor service. Clarks have let themselves down.

I visited your store. I wanted to buy new shoes. The person who took care of me was named Klaudia. A very nice and helpful girl. She tried very hard to advise me and help me. I am very pleased with her competence.

Looking for children's shoes. The assistant looked rather nervous when measuring feet which did not inspire confidence. Good selection of shoes.

No initial eye contact, no knowledge of product when asked for a shoe that helped with arch support, no real interest from assistant. Unsmiling, grim faced staff.

Nice roomy shop with plenty of space.The shoes are typically Clarks and are avaraige prices. I was quite disappointed with the staff who were not terribly helpful and too busy talking between themselves

Was helped today by a welcoming lady called Klaudia, she meassured my child properly and gave us nice choices of shoes to choose from.Will definitely be coming back.

Pleasant shop but the majority of staff when I visited Saturday morning were preoccupied with the children's department meaning just one lady covering men's, women's and the till.

Overpriced and staff who appeared not to be bothered when my wife was looking for a pair of boots. Yet when a well dressed young lady entered to store, the staff member made a bee line straight to her. So on balance two customers in their seniority and a grand child in tow, don't rate any attention.Will definitely not be recommending it and tell people to go to m&s.
