ETB Autocentres - Tyres & MOT - Tamworth

Having used ETB -HIQ for several years both for business & personal use it’s disappointing to see how your standard of service has dropped.On Thursday I had 2 premium run flat tyres fitted on my wife’s Mini within 3 hours I was back there with one of the tyres showing as flat. The car was taken back in tyre quickly checked re-inflated & was told it’s now ok. Today Saturday the same tyre again was showing flat so returned again, on collecting the car I asked what the problem was and the answer given was there was dirt on the inside of the wheel & it hadn’t sealed correctly. When I questioned this further I was told I didn’t fit the tyre in the first place & I'm not from this depot so I cant answer why!!Both front tyres and wheels were covered in white sealer, the drivers seat & door trim had dirt & grease all over them.On both occasions no apology has been given for the inconvenience, I appreciate we all make mistakes and it’s how they are dealt with by the company that makes a big difference.If the tyre is showing flat again I will take it elsewhere to have new tyres fitted and bring you the invoice.Please feel free to contact me and discuss further.

Mot and service. Nice guys, good communication, not too pricey and they do give you confidence that they know their stuff! Headlight went the next day, popped in on a Saturday and they sorted that quickly too. Would recommend.

Malcolm/Martin (unsure on name) needs some training in basic customer service, I arrived at 10am for a tyre change booked for 8-12, no mention of me needing to drop the car off by 8, he was incredibly rude and told me I was ‘late’ and was frankly pretty intimidating. I asked if I could come the following day and he said no as he only had 2 people in. Apart from that I did get my tyre repaired the following day which was fine however had to deal with him again and wait at reception for quite a while whilst he stood in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge me.

Had a blow out on the motorway, this company with 15 minutes till closing time fitted me in for a tyre change which allowed me to complete my journey. Competitive price on tyre as well.

Good service for the right price, have been using this garage for several years, says it all.

Excellent service. I was given the wrong time to be there via a different website with a special offer on tyres. When I got there they were nearly ready for closing but they put themselves out for me and still fitted my tyres. Absolutely fantastic service. Staff were very friendly. I've never been there before but after going there for the first time I would absolutely 100% highly recommend them to everyone. So big thank you to you all for fitting my tyres on my polestar.
