New Heat Wales

A year after a coal-fired boiler was installed by New Heat, the boiler stopped working. My mother is 78 years of age and had called several times to get help and no response. Having then called a local qualified engineer was told that New Heat hadn't even installed an elbow joint to be able to sweep the chimney. New Heat had said it could be done from the roof!!My mother had to pay £100 to get an engineer to install access to the chimney and sweep the flue. Despite calling New Heat (contact Paul) again and sending the invoice there was no response.Terrible service especially for an older person in Winter.Avoid at all costs or you will end up with more costs.

I ordered a new boiler and wood burning stove from New Heat, tbh I was surprised at the cost as I expected more and Installation was quick also. The engineer was polite and efficient and I would certainly recommend this company to my friends. I am delighted with overall finish of the work done, and Fireplace with log burner looks fab.
