Extremely poor and rude service. We asked for one drink without whipped cream but they put whipped cream on both. We were then going to sit down at around 3.45pm when they were closing at 4 but were rudely told by Ellie that the whole shop had been cleaned and we were not allowed to sit down. When I asked where I could sit with 2 kids Ellie just looked at me blankly but Alex kindly said we could sit outside. We did not as we felt unwanted bearing in mind there were other customers still allowed to sit inside starbucks. We will not be returning. Disappointing to say the least

I gave you a four star for food because I ordered a hot drink from you and your lids aren't great. Where you put your lips you have to physically pull back the little flap to drink out of it.Where other cups you can pull back and tuck under the lip on the top

Rude service and dirty store! I waited at the counter for ages while one staff member sat in their side area staring at me. Did not get up to help or ask a colleague to help. Eventually someone came along to help, but was so mortified I walked out. Shop was filthy too, with crumbs all over the floor and dirty tables. Spend your time and money in a local independent shop instead!

A beautiful new building with your average Starbucks options. However, the staff at this specific site totally ruin the experience. The first time I came was during summer and a group of young ladies were working. They made no effort to acknowledge me, and when placing my order were dismissive. Ultimately this ruined the experience and I now avoid going here despite it being my local.

Went here to write and enjoy the sunshine... anyone else deceived by how freezing it was?And it was the perfect spot, big windows and high ceilings gave the feeling of space even though it was lunchtime and quite busy.I had an iced tea and it was delicious, staff were smiley, polite and very quick with my drink!

Some okay staff here, quite a few stuck up and rude. For a ‘green’ company, this particular store often insists on serving ‘drink in’ products in take away cups and bags. Completely unacceptable. Tables are messy and they start packing up the outside tables and chairs over an hour before closing- hardly a relaxing atmosphere.. if you’re visiting Wokingham, skip this place and go to Gail’s where the baked items and coffee is better.

If you want to wait for 35 minutes for a single coffee , this is the place to go . Super fun with kids
