Arrived to be greeted warmly by reception and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. After a short wait Casey, one of the service agent approached me and asked me to follow her, after taking some information, she asked if I intended to wait, which I did, and asked me to return to the waiting area. I was offered free drinks whilst I waited. I was kept informed of my cars progress and once the work on my car was completed I recived a text message with video attached showing the condition of my car. An excellent idea, I am extremely happy with the overall quality and friendliness of the staff at Richmond Hyundai. Would and will continue to use Richmond for my motoring needs. Many thanks to them

Really great experience with buying my car from here! Everyone we spoke with was brilliant, really helpful and friendly, especially Tim! Everything we needed to know was answered straight away and of the highest knowledge, made the whole thing a pleasure! Showroom was a clean, friendly and relaxed environment. The cafe had brilliant service! All of our needs were catered to which meant traveling a little further was definitely worth it! Nothing is to much trouble, I would 100% recommend!

Trying to book in a vehicle with an Ad Blue warranty issue and told earliest can be seen is mid-July. The vehicle will stop working by then and then we have no transport. 10 weeks isn't really good enough!

Just picked up our new Hyundai i20 premium, so pleased with it.This is the fourth car we have purchased from Richmond. From the moment you arrive the front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The sales and financial team are brilliant. Our salesman James went above and beyond to source the car we wanted, he looked smart and was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Richmond Portsmouth, the after car with servicing is also brilliant.

I bought a used car from Stuart and from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale Stuart provide excellent service and was great with my kids. He made the whole process very easy and explained everything in a way I could understand. The after sales service I have received from Stuart has been excellent as well. Took car in for recall - quoted 2 hours. Whilst there met with Josh in Sales - he is excellent, sold me my last car and sold me another today! He is worth 5 stars alone. Unfortunately, service rep nowhere as good - after nearly 3 hours waiting got a text with a non-existent video report - he was nowhere to be seen. Eventually, after 4 hours got my key back, no apology for not coming to find me - had used time with Josh but no excuses from service.
