Hazel Grove Post Office
Very rude staff been on a number of occasions sending parcels back but they complain about barcodes and say they don’t work. Need training in how to be polite to customers. Only 1 member of staff nice the lady who has worked in Asda a long time who I try to go to when she is there.

Visited this Post Office today and wish I'd of got the name of the lady who served me as she was really helpful and kind. Great customer service, put me at ease and chatted to me while I found my bar code etc. Will use this post office more in the future as first time using it today. Great work much appreciated

Staff is very rude . I went first time to post office today. I was not aware about the formalities there.I wanted to send some medicines for my kids who is on quarantine in London. I was already depressed because of my kids illness. Her behaviour made me more disappointed…..

Some new unexperienced staff will always say the barcode does not work.I believed the 1st time...but came back home, printed the barcode...and just said that the barcode works you just do not know how to scan it.Another, very helpful lady said, my scanner works better, come to my till.It would be much nicer if new employees would say: I am sorry I do not know how to scan itplease use another till, rather than telling you:Your barcode is invalidYou have 2 options:1)Pay for return postage2) Come back to the seller and ask for another barcode

One great member of staff. The rest are rude and don’t want to assist you. Very unhelpful, won’t put stickers on your parcels, and ask you to do it. Also parcels are left for ages before they are taken into be put in the bags. I try to avoid using the branch now unless there’s no other option

I find the staff here are quite rude they carry on their personal conversations and leave customers waiting. They are never welcoming and i havn't seen any of them smile at all.I have two that im happy to go to ....a younger girl and one other lady but thats it.I think personally the staff should undertake some training on how to deal with public in a professional manner.

They have no idea how Amazon returns work. They refused to take back multiple items in same box as they arrived in. They said that they all have to be packed separately,

Staff at this post office are a complete shambles. Not interested, rude, unhelpful and obviously all would rather be somewhere else.Can only imagine they only turn up to get discount on their Asda shopping.

Barcodes don't seem to work at this post office, i had a return with a retailer who provide their own returns providing you take it to a post office but when I came to this post office they said the barcode wasnt working and i had to pay. Then another day I came for something else and heard a man in the queue having the same problem but with a barcode he had prepaid for online and he had to leave without posting it.aside from this the people dont say “Hi” and seem miserable...

Visited Hazel Grove Post Office today and found the service to be subpar. Despite there being an hour left before closing time, it looked like the staff were already cashing up. With only one out of three employees actively serving a line of 10 people, the wait time was significantly longer than expected. I'd advise seeking an alternative if you're pressed for time.
