I visited the garage to enquire about a car and spoke with Jack Atkins about what was on offer. He spent a lot of time discussing what I needed, what I wanted and what my budget was; and took great effort to make me feel relaxed and comfortable whilst discussing the many options. Jack was a very honest and easy going salesperson; I never once felt pressured to make a decision or made to feel as though I was wasting his time. I ended up with a dream car, with thanks to Jack’s care and attention to detail, along with his easy going and friendly approach, made the whole process hassle and stress free.I collected my car a mere 4 days later, was given a thorough tour and guide by Jack and drove away a very happy customer. I would defiantly recommend visiting the garage and speaking with Jack to get your new car sorted. The service he and staff there provided was second to none and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Dissatisfied with the current level of customer service.After the bolts snapped on my steering rack I recovered it to the dealership for repair 19th August (common issue that is apparently a recall)On drop off a member of staff tried to stop the recovery truck stating they weren’t taking recoveries then responded by sniggering at me stating the vehicle wasn’t going to be fixed any time soon. As a family family vehicle I would have expected some empathy and constructive communication with realistic expectations.Fast forward 4 weeks my vehicle was booked officially the 13th September for the repair. I had to call to find out that they are staff members short and the vehicle will still not be repaired.I have been denied a loan vehicle and struggling to get around with my family. At this point you are delaying repair due to circumstances at your dealership out of my control. The vehicle has failed by a defect recognised by the manufacturer yet no assistance has been offered.With the initial response by your staff member I truly believe you do not care when the repair is completed which is truly disappointing.I asked to speak to the head of business to talk about my experience and that has not happened. I would like a call without me initiating ASAP with details of when the repair will be completed.

Booked car in via telephone for simple repair work (on my birthday so was sure of the day) when I arrived at the garage heavily pregnant and having dragged my 3 year old out in the rain with my husband to pick me up I was told there was no such booking.No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation or understand what had gone wrong. Staff couldn’t have given a monkeys. Would rather pay more and go elsewhere.

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Stockton back in November 2021, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received.From the outset, the dealership failed to provide the second key fob promised during the purchase. Initially, I was patient and understanding, given that oversights can happen. However, the subsequent handling of the situation has been far from satisfactory.Over the course of two years, I have made numerous calls to the dealership, each time receiving promises of a resolution. Unfortunately, these promises have proven empty, and the missing key fob remains unresolved. The excuses, ranging from a lost key to material shortages causing delays, have left me questioning the professionalism and integrity of this establishment.What is particularly disheartening is the lack of communication and follow-through. Despite being told that my concerns would be escalated and that I would receive a call back, I have been met with silence. It is beyond disappointing to be treated this way after making a significant purchase and fully paying for the vehicle.I advise potential customers to approach Stratstone in Stockton on Tees with caution, particularly if you expect reliable service and fulfillment of promises. My experience has left me with a sense of regret and frustration, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the same disappointment.

I purchased a Range Rover from Peter at Stratstone. Very professional and efficient transaction for the vehicle which was delivered to me down South at a very reasonable cost. Some months later some minor after-care was needed at my local garage. Stratstone went above and beyond to assist resolving. After a poor experience at some other dealerships I'd highly recommend Stratstone from sales to service.

Sold my vehicle to Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Stockton in July and they haven’t taken the vehicles TAX off.I’m still paying the TAX now in October. Now I have to jump through hoops with the DVLA to take my name off the vehicle. I’ve tried contacting the sales department many times. Ether by phone call or email. No one bothers to call you back.Poor service and I’ve lost out on money

I bought a used and approved Range Rover Evoque in March 2023 the sales staff were informative and friendly, the warranty and other extras gave peace of mind. I have just returned (Nov 2023) for a MOT and dealing the service department was just as pleasant.Nice company to deal with.

First time Owner of a Land Rover. Only had the (used approved) vehicle 2 weeks and what an experience.On collection, we found a couple of things that we thought should have been dealt with, (165 point inspection in some doubt, let alone a service). The handover left a lot to be desired on what may be described as a technical vehicle.What should be a pleasurable experience, is leaving a very sour taste. Could be a swift return to Mercedes if this is how a so called luxury SUV is handled.

Absolutely awful experience. Car still in warranty. Issue with battery. Battery warning light came on. Dealership thought it best just to charge it rather than analysing the issue via computer. Tried to charge us £58. 4 months later same issue occurred. Out of warranty now. Dealership said bring it in we will charge it for £58 or if you want us to plug it into the computer it will be £180. Why they didn't do this when it was in warranty is odd. Took car to local independent garage who analysed via computer and informed us battery needs changing. Why couldn't Stratstone Teesside do this I do not know. Called Stratstone Teesside to inform them the battery needs replacing and why didn't you do this when we brought the car in when under warranty. The lady on the phone at Stratstone Teesside said we don't listen to what back street garages say"!!!!! Unbelievable. We were warned not to use this dealership and use Land Rover Ripon but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. So rude and unhelpful. AVOID."

This company is absolutely appalling! My Dad put he's Land Rover in to be repaired, 12 weeks later he finally got a call to say it was ready. This was only due to my Sister getting in touch with the Regional Manager who had to step in twice and give the staff a kick up the arse..much needed too! My Dad spent numerous times trying to get in touch only to be told that someone would ring him back which never happened and at times the phone was put down on him. He has been so frustrated throughout this whole process. He is 73 years old and not in the best of health, no courtesy car was offered, no communication from them, they have broken he's key which opens the diesel cap which he had not been told aboutand he only realised this when he went to the garage to fill up. It has cost him over £7, 000 in repairs. This is definitely the worst garage we have ever dealt with! Never again! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! No apologies or nothing! Disgusting service!
