Howling Hounds Doggy Day Care

A great place for my one year old Doberman lady to stay. She really loves it there and is always exited when she sees Cy. She has stayed a few days to,familiarise. this was at Cy’s insistence which is reassuring. it wasn’t all about the money , more about the welfare of the animal.She has just had three nights there and had the time of her life. I will be using regularly going forward.

Lottie had a fab time at howling hounds. Lovely friendly, warm, welcoming environment. Will use the service again and will be recommending to my dog owner friends. Thanks so much.

Howling Hounds looked after our Staffie Willow for two weeks this summer. Being a young Staffie, she can be a bit of a handful at times but Cy reassured us that all would be okay. When we picked Willow up at the end of our break, I could not have been happier! Willow was healthy and happy and looked completely at home with the other dogs at Howling Hounds. We have seen Cy since, whilst walking, and Willow greeted him like a long lost friend, rushing up to him all waggy tails and kisses!Howling Hounds is an excellent home-based dog walking/boarding service and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Five stars well earned. :)

Cy has started walking my Rottie and i couldnt be more impressed with the service he provides. She adores him. He keeps me updated with videos when he is out walking with her which is lovely to see. I Highly recommend him.

I have have those people and a dog got out and nearly got on the road and got hit by a car I would not leave my dog with them

This is an unsafe place to leave your dog - I left mine on the 24th July at 09.30 and he had gone missing by 10.30. The reasons given were 1. that he had squeezed himself through a very small gap 2. that he is a jumper 3. that he had got out of the front door 4. that he had slipped his leash. Whatever the reason these people failed to keep my friendly, non-jumping dog safe: a minimum requirement for any animal establishment. Two nights and three days of emotional and physical stress (me as well as him) later and he is home with a limp and a sore patch on his back. The place looked secure when I visited prior to leaving him for the day and the owners assured me it was and that they were licensed.

Cy has been walking my Mastiff Shepherd for a couple of months now & I have been very impressed with his service. He is clearly very knowledgeable of dog breeds especially the larger more challenging ones but also totally trustworthy & a thoroughly lovely chap. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Clean and nice would recomend

Cy is fantastic with our boys. We have 2 Shetland Sheepdogs & one is a bit flighty. Cy handles them brilliantly, they love their walks with him. I am often poorly & he will come & get the boys, often at short notice & walk them for me, which is really great! They love their stays with him when we are away too. Would definitely recommend.
