Paid £94 for weeks parking with these guys. Got car back covered in grass inside , floor absolutely soaking wet. Car stinking of damp. Must have left passenger side window down when they parked it!!! I've emailed them to see what their reply is to this. Will update if and when replied to. Do yourself a favour and book the cheaper alternatives. Reply I got from these cowboys, was once you've left carpark they can't do anything!!! Can't trace who parked car, and you should check car before leaving. I do check outside but never thought I'd have to check my carpets and interior were dry, especially since they were dry when left car. Absolute jokers avoid at all costs!

Ok so having experienced fast parking at Newcastle this year I expected something of a similar level. However, this is my experience at Edinburgh so far. 1 easy to find well signposted. 2 Terrible parking arrangments. 3 175 yd walk to the key check-in FFS! . 4. Paper bar code wouldnt work, no probs worked off the phone ok However what was the point in me filling in online all my details, to have to fill them all in again flight numbers return times etc etc on a screen 5 Staff great and really helpful. 6 Will I use again. Used this while we were away for a fortnight. Found it to be very convenient and cost effective. Ideally located for drop off and pick up. Staff were very friendly also, and there was no problem our return flight was rebooked.

Great experience, reasonably priced. Drop off point signposted well, easy & quick to have car photographed, then straight into dropoff line, minor issue with barcode but easily overcome especially helpful and pleasant staff if needed. Return just as easy. Note if you use the proper exit all the barriers open automatically probably using number plate recognition. Close to terminal. Great system and will use it again. Glasgow airport could learn a lot from Edinburgh and instead of incessantly increasing dropoff fees try to come up with a customer focussed system like this.

Easy drop off although no pictures etc taken as previously describedbooths seem to have been out of order so we had to find some1 to ask what we should do and were told as pre booked just 2 drive ahead, so no pics were taken. Left car, dropped off keys at drop off and away we went. Kept our barcode safe and on return no problems getting key and finding car. Handbrake was left off car when we went to get in just glad it hadn't rolled away but otherwise a good service and very handy to terminal doors. Would use again now that we know exactly what to do and where to go. £60 for 10 days, very reasonable.

TO GET MY CAR BACK TO ME URGENTLY WAS BRILLIANT ALSO WEN I RETURNED THE SPEED YOU GOT ME THROUGH TO GET MY FLIGHT. Fantastic service and literally a minute away from terminal. Car was ready to be picked up when we arrived back in Edinburgh. Would definitely use this service again

We used this while going on holiday for 11 days. It was incredibly easy to use: dropped the car off right beside the airport terminal, used the self-service check-in, and deposited the car key. When we came back, all we had to do was scan our ticket, then the machine showed you which box to collect the key from (it even lit up to show you!) and then it told you which bay your car was parked in. So easy and really reasonably priced compared to other options - with the ease of parking right at the terminal. Would definitely use again. Only feedback would be that when we returned it wasn't immediately obvious which direction to head in, but we did find signs after a bit.

As a 1st time customer I loved your service! It was a little difficult to find, as we came in from a different road from the instructions. A small map of the roundabout would have helped enormously. It's all automated but there was staff at every step which was brilliant. Again a little tricky to find when we came out a smaller exit in airport so more signs on every entrance. Super easy to drop off car and get the keys and find the car. 10 out of 10. All your staff were very professional and friendly, THANK YOU !
