Contacted David Sexton on Tuesday evening to arrange an EPC for my property, appointment made for Thursday.Assessment was carried out and received the certificate the same day, excellent service from David he did exactly as he said and communication was second to none.Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone requiring the same service.Prices are very reasonable compared to Estate/Letting Agents in the Scunthorpe area.Thanks again David.

After contacting the company on Friday, an appointment was booked for Monday. A time was arranged, but I got a phone call 45 minutes earlier to say he could come earlier.Very polite, professional young man carried out the EPC. Explaining everything along the way.Highly recommend

Quality service from this company every time.They are a top professional company who I use for all of my EPC's because they have an easy to use booking system, they are competitively priced and have a quick turnaround to get the EPC report back to you.
