Lord's roofing and building

Unreliable timewasters. Let us down twice - the second time, on a time critical (albeit small) project. Should have gone with gut instincts after the first time. Cost more time and money in the end. So annoying. Avoid.

I have to say I'm super impressed, with both the level of communication, explanation and all of the work that was done. Everything was above expectations and my roof now looks brand new and doesn't leak. We would highly recommend Lords roofing.

OUTHOUSE REROOF AND REPAIR TO GUTTING AND BAY. The work done was poor. The main beam which should have been replace was not because I was told Mr LOrd it was sound but it is not it is in fact rotten. The slate tiles not graded correctly so gappy and rain can get underneath. Overhang of tiles not the right depth. The pointing work at the back is poor. It has been refelted but the roof leaks .The flashing done with fibreglass ( I did ask for lead) underneath but not in a adequate way, No over flashing was done until I argued for some which has been done very badly thefore flashing is ineffective.I have did have another roofer around to look at the flashing and the roof. To try to put right will cost £100s to put right and whole thing needs reroofing.The guttering repair was virtually none exsistant and comprised of some fibreglass sealent Mr Lord by his own admission to me is not a guttering expert as claimed in his advert and we came to an agreement.Very depressing and I was unwell the day they worked hence why I did not pick up about the rotten bean, even so I do not expect to be lied to.

Jarrett Lord and team did a great job repairing the roof to two outhouses. Jarrett explained what work he thought was needed very clearly when he came to quote, and started and completed the work on schedule and completely in line with the specifications of his written quote. Very happy!

Booked them to attend a property. Never showed. When called, no explanation other than ‘I’ve been busy’When offered to attend an alternative time I stated we were seeing another company to get quotes to compare. His response ‘I’m not being compare to others’ and put the phone down.Organised with the homeowner to be on site, also the directors of the residents board to talk about the roof to the entire block. Safe to say all were not happy with Lords and will be letting everyone know about this lack of professionalism.

Came to fix a leak in the gutter. Good price and reliable service would recommend

Lords roofing and building came out and repaired some broken slate and installed a dry ridge kit excellent workmanship and very competitive price all done to a high standard will be using the company again

Really happy with the work completed, I had been so worried about tackling the problem I had put it off for far too long. Lord's were able to fit our job in quickly and finished earlier than originally thought. Overall very happy with the service and the cost, thank you.
