Dan was amazing, professional and so kind to our 4 year old daughter who wanted to 'help'. Was friendly, got straight to work to fix our washing machine and once complete reassured us to just call if we had any issues at all. Highly recommend.

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt I had to as this company has given excellent service from the original contact booking the repair appointment to the end of the job. Peter the engineer was professional and polite answering my layman’s questions in terms I could understand and resolving all the issues I had. I can highly recommend this company

Asked Peter for help to repair tumble drier. He got back to me straightaway and gave me advice on whatsapp to avoid callout. Sorted the problem, tumble drier working again now. As always a fantastic service, so helpful and knowledgeable about appliances. Plus he will do his best to reduce the cost of any repair to a minimum. Great guy.

Really struggled to find somebody to repair our integrated microwave. I contacted Peter who was knowledgeable of the issue, repaired our microwave promptly, and was great to deal with, I would highly recommend him. Thanks!

Very professional and friendly service, the repair was via domestic and general and Peter who came to repair my oven knew what could be wrong with it, so had pre ordered the part as it was one they didn't carry on them, so as not to leave me any longer without a working oven. He was quick and efficient and was happy to chat. He was masked up and kept a safe distance and wiped down everything he touched. Very happy with the service.
