Phoned in to ask if they had tyres continental tyres. Told them the size and said they had 2 and even told me the depth. Drove all the way there 15 miles and was told they don’t have them but have cheap Chinese tyres waisted my time. Idiots.

Rung up and was told to come after 3 as waiting on parts.Came at 430 and was asked to come back an hour later.I had 4 tyres fittedI did and the service i got at this point was good, the gentleman fitting them was polite and friendly and did a good job.When driving home I started losing tyre pressure. This is the exact same thing that happened last time I got them replaced here!I tried to call to get assistance on what I should do and 24 phone calls later I have not once been spoken to. All sent to voicemail.Now I have to make the 20 mile journey there again just to ask if they can fix my rubbish tyre that has been fitted

Nice place and good service. My only concern and issue was that I wasn't charged what I was quoted over the phone. I was quoted £70 per tyre but charged £78 per tyre. If the quoted tyre wasn't available it would have been nice to be notified about the price change before having tyres changed. I have been here about 2 times before and service has been great but just the lack of communication in price change is quite disappointing. If you get a quote over the phone then confirm price is same before they start changing tyres just to avoid disappointment.

The prices are very good.The quality of product v goodBut they need for one of them to concentrate on one particular customer at a time.But they're young and enthusiastic and do an excellent job, so we can forgive them any distraction.
