Chris was kind enough to listen to my car problems over the phone attentively and even though he had no bandwidth to fit in a repair for a couple days, he offered me a chance to come in and have him plug the computer to run a diagnostic which were quite spot on with his hypothesis on what might be wrong with my vehicle.Not just knowledgeable but also kind and generous. 5 star rating is real.
