HiDon’t usually do reviews on company’s as I no it doesn’t help with their reputation , but felt that I have been completely ripped offfff I would never recommend and I hope any one goin here to be very careful useing this plaice , they have no customer care at all

Everyone at Stoneacre Fiat Chesterfield were very helpful in the sale of my new car. John kept me up to date with the progress of getting my car from another branch, and was very kind and friendly.

don't bother! unwilling to value your car or discuss finance options unless you are willing to buy on the day. misogynistic staff who assume that because you're female you would like a purple car.

I requested my fiat 500 be returned to me yesterday. And not do the MOT. I said I would sort out the new number plates. I instructed them not to remove or touch my private plates.Stoneware decided to carry on and change my plates, against my wishes and carry on with the MOT. Again , against my wishes !.Today I was in town and my back number plate fell off and the front one was loose and coming away from the housing. NOT HAPPY

Highly recommend using these guys, they are friendly and courteous ….. our salesman John Weston was great explained things fully and didn’t push us into doing anything we didn’t want to do…..we walked away and considered our options before ringing back the day after to do the deal. Will definitely use them again. Thank you

Again like other reviewers if I could give 0 stars I would ,terrible attitude and very arrogant and ignorant poor customer service when buying a new car I should have read the reviews first .be very careful with this company buying online they do not recognise the law on distance selling I cancelled a car after being ignored for 10 days no contact even though I rang twice in that time I left message’s with staff to be contacted re my new purchase not a call back once they have their reasons maybe it’s wait till 14 days have passed then you can’t cancel . Now I have cancelled within the 14 days and they are refusing to return my deposit ..I know the law is on my side and they like treating hard working people with contempt but I will get my deposit back either with the credit card company or small claims court it’s just that why why would a big company not just apologise for being lazy or whatever their reasons were for not doing their job like I do mine and then you don’t get any bad reviews I don’t get it .

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Really would not recommend this place at all. Purchased my first ever new car from here and it was the worst experience ever. My new car had a scratch on it, which was pointed out and no resolution was provided. Secondly there was no mats in my car, I was told they don't come as standard but was never offered the opportunity to purchase. When I tried to purchase on the day I was told the parts department had gone home and this wasnt an option. I was also promised a full tank of fuel and to no surprise the tank was empty at this point I felt embarrassed to even mention it to the sales executive.This was a distance sale, the first time my part exchange was looked at was on collection of my new vehicle where they tried to take more money off me due to a tiny bit of plastic that had come unclipped. Prior to this no conversation of the condition of my part exchange was ever had. Be careful when purchasing they want a quick and dirty sale, as much money from you as they can and then to turf you out the door with no reslutions.Not only was this my first time buying a new car it was my first ever fiat and I wasn't shown any of the controls or how they work.The sales executive was pleasant enough but had zero support from senior management. Who might I add didn't as much as show their face. They done all their communications behind a closed door at the back of the dealership.
