Canary Riverside Car Park

SCRATCH YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!The owner wears a big wedding ring when washing cars and refuses to take it off even when it was knocking on my window while he was drying the car!I asked him to take it off and he refused and told me I could take my business elsewhere as he has never taken it off.You’re in the wrong business mate!The washes I’ve had in the past were never that good either, it’s the type of place where you have to ask them to clean spots they’ve missed and dry properly so there are no water streaks.I assumed it was cleaning the car that was highlighting scratches on it, now I know it was the actual car wash that was causing the scratches.The owner actually shouted at me and became aggressive when I asked him to remove the ring, lucky I was in a good mood, stupid man.

Good convenient parking location and walking distance from Canary wharf shopping centre

All the names of the restaurants on the sign of the car park entrance, and the restaurants said they could reimburse the parking. But the car park starts to issue different size tickets so the restaurants cannot do reimbursement. The staff called the car park owner and the owner said they don't allow it anymore as the restaurants don't pay them back.This is very poor communication and mis-marketing. The customer should not be penalised for the poor management of a business.Very frustrating %#&

Left my rims dirty, totally unacceptable like come on the dirt is very visible, I had to clean them all myself after. They didn't put on tyre & alloy shine like every other car wash do. Didn't clean the bird poo off the roof, had to clean it myself also. Some dirt was left around wing mirrors and the boot area.One of the cleaners was smoking while drying my car

They did a good job on my car. Nice and polite. £15 for inside and out. The car wash is inside the car park but if you are just having you car washed and then exiting they validate your ticket so you don't have to pay for being in the car park. Signs now say they open from 7am - 8pm.

Excellent car wash. Friendly staff, hard-working. Great attention to detail and value for money, especially if you are a licensed cabbie. Highly recommended.

A public car park to access places and restaurants in canary riverside. Beautiful and have access to many restaurants and a good walk of thames river. There is a car wast too and staffs are very helpful if you are confused in navigation.

Went in said I’d like the £15 wash in and out and then he said it’s £25 because that’s a taxi price I then stated that it had no mention on the sign that it was for taxis and then said because my cars dirty and it was to much work he couldn’t be bothered. Well if you don’t bring a clean car to a car wash do you Seriously. Terrible customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere

Car parking is OK, but impossible to find its entrance, and may easily do rounds and rounds without locating the correct path.For reference: The entrance is from the upper roundabout, please see the picture/sat-view of the exact path to follow to enter the parking here. Highly recommended to see this route before you turn up on on a busy Monday morning using this parking for the very first time.

It wasn't as hard as I thought to get to this car park. The best thing was the car wash on the spot that the three staff worked together professionally and completed the wash within 10 minutes.
