Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Paul is so friendly and patient, he met us at the cemetery and gave us all the information we needed to help choose a burial spot for my Dads ashes. Paul then sensitively guided us through every stage of getting a stone memorial made. Paul’s communication and patience through the whole process was impeccable as we went through lots of different ideas just to get it right. The memorial ended up being even better then we ever imagined, we are very proud of it and I know my Dad would be too. We cannot rate Paul highly enough and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone!!

I can't rate Paul highly enough, there aren't enough stars. His work is amazing, and his service is second to none. We had to use his services for my granddaughter, who passed away age 14mths. He put both me and my daughter at ease the moment we met, and was able to guide us through this very upsetting process and at no time did we feel rushed. He delt with all requests with empathy and kindness. While we were waiting for my granddaughter's headstone to be made, we had to order a second for my parents, and again he supported us through our difficult time. We as a family are blowen away with the headstones, which are now in place, next to each other. Paul made a bespoke headstone for our parents grave. He kindly came to my house to meet with the family and spent several hours listening to all of the family members present at my house and what they would like advising us of what was possible showing us some sketches of what he could do and what would be ok for the church yards regulations while respecting what our wishes were. The end result was an amazing headstone that we feel as a family is a wonderful fitting tribute to them and were so very pleased with Pauls work as well as the wonderful customer experience he creates. I have also had my husbands headstone created by Paul and again came and talked to me and my daughters about it made it perfectly and so chuffed cannot recommend highly enough if you like to have a very personal, friendly, and beautiful headstone with everything being about care and attention to detail this is the place to go!

Paul has gone above and beyond on providing a beautiful memorial for my beautiful 29yr old son. I have had so many lovely comments on it already and it has only been up a few weeks, Paul listens to what you ask for and does his very best to provide exactly what you have requested. He is not afraid to give you his honest opinion if he thinks something could be improved ( even if you are persistent) sorry Paul- you were 100% right and I’m glad I listened. It’s not my preferred gift for my sons 30th birthday but it arrived in time for his first anniversary and brings me such great comfort. Thank you Paul it’s just amazing.

Paul is what my late father would call a 'true gent'. My family and I are extremely pleased with his work - he has created a plaque to our exacting requirements, including two images that were dear to my father's heart. I can't recommend him & his work highly enough.

Paul knows what he is doing. I called and he is really easy to deal with. Not pushy and will offer his views from his undoubted experience. He pulled out all the stops even in this covid world and erected the headstone on time in perfect order. He does what is says on the tin. Highly recommended.

Paul has honestly gone above and beyond creating the most beautiful headstone for my daughter.
