Extremely easy to deal with, efficient and thorough. Full survey came with comprehensive photos to back up findings making it much easier to understand impliations. Stephen is easy to contact and was understanding when we cancelled the survey date (due to uncertainty as to our purchase) and then changed our minds which must have been annoying for him although he didn't show it. He still fitted us in even in these difficult times and was completely supportive. The (full structural) survey came through very quickly. We will use him again without doubt.
