My wife and I are not phone savvy so we rely on advice from those who are. We went here to urgently replace my wife's damaged business phone. There were no other customers and the manager and two assistants were idle. We found them to be unfriendly, uninformative, arrogant, disinterested and decidedly unhelpful. As a result, choosing a new phone was a very unpleasant experience.Each of us would have left without buying one had our need not been urgent.If you want an expensive way to be made to feel like a worthless nuisance this is a very good place to go

Extremely variable. Some staff are very helpful, willing to talk you through anything that you're stuck on, always smiley and keen to help. The nicest people you could meet. Others can be curt, dismissive and too damn idle to get out of their own way. One insolent one advised me to go and google the answer to a simple question about my phone that actually took 10 seconds to answer. Another declined to help me raise the volume on the call tone, saying it's probably about on its maximum. Didn't listen to it to check. It was on half volume.

Bought apple iPhone for my son birthday.Tesco after service is absolutely disgusting new phone had to be repaired.unfortunately when we received the repair Back from Tesco service department we immediately tried to contact customer service literally took one week before Tesco got back only to say we need to have the phone repaired again.I wanted to refund of new iPhone not a refurbished phone when we had the second phone back again only to find it was in such terrible condition the phone was kaputt litigation Tesco service didn’t do anything literally Tesco after Sales not recommended paid for new phone that didn’t work only to have a refurbished one that don’t work
