Booked in with Chris to do a retouch of my tattoo. I was seen on time and Chris is very friendly and has over 14 years experience. He explained to me what was getting done and for the best outcome. I will be booking in my wife soon to get a retouch.** an extra review as my wife has got a retouch by Chris too and it was the same outcome. Brilliant and always recommend.

The booking process was super clear and Chris was easy to communicate with and has been friendly and professional throughout. The studio has a great atmosphere & is very clean. Bintt is a master of his craft, he is really creative and really consistent in the quality of tattoos he produces. He has done a whole arm sleeve on me and is now starting a leg sleeve. You will really struggle to find a better tattoo artist at black dot work in the UK.The new studio is really great - it’s bright, airy, really funky decor and has great facilities. It is quite well hidden so make sure you call the number on a sign outside when you arrive and you will be collected. There are up to 4 artists working there at any one time which adds to the atmosphere. I would highly recommend @Bintt and Black Tapestry as one of the best studios in london.

Chris came on recommendation from another tattoo artist who told me that Chris was my man for the style of tattoo I was looking into. It was one of the best recommendations I’ve ever had.This was my first tattoo (leg sleeve) and I was slightly anxious about the whole process. Chris made made it clear and easy for me from the outset. I secured a date with him and he sent clear instructions on what happens next and he stuck to his word on every part. We started with an initial design, to which I was made to feel at ease about it ability to change on the day…which it did. I’m glad I went into the process being fairly open minded about the outcome as the design evolved several times throughout its creation and I have ended up with a piece I couldn’t be happier with. I couldn’t have chosen a better artist to guide me through my first tattoo.Cheers Chris!

I had my best ever tattoo experience at Black Tapestry with Chris - not only did he approach the design itself with amazing creativity, he made me feel so comfortable, listened to and relaxed. Whether you want to chat or just lie back and be distracted by the TV, the studio is a super chill space and has the benefit of being very private. As for the tattoo itself: it’s absolutely amazing. I couldn’t recommend Chris and Black Tapestry more highly.

Really happy with the tattoo, we sleeved almost my complete leg. The design and the execution were both really good. If you would like some blackwork this is the place to be.
