Our usual go to meetup and generally the food is bang on. This time not so much. The server was lovely and the service was quick. I ordered the Whopper and a side of fries which were dry. I suspect they were old and re fried. The burger bun was stale. Overall, the company was golden but the food was meh. xx

Very friendly staff! Extremely fast service. About a 10 second wait time for a double bacon cheeseburger XL. I was super impressed at the quality of customer service I received. Very friendly guy at the till. My only complaint would be that half of the seating area (including upstairs) was blocked off which meant I had to sit next to a stranger. Aside from the seating, 10/10

Burger King is normally quite good, but this place has had constant poor service. The staff tend to banter amongst themselves, the Kitchen usually looks poor maintained. And if a bun has been toasted and left for 20 mins then toasted again, it's still going to be chewy and taste stale. Until new management is introduced I'd stay away.

Visited today, the restaurant was having a quiet period only around a dozen people seated and being served. Till staff seemed happy with smiles on faces. The restaurant was well cleaned and nice and bright.Only issue was the chicken strips were a bit on the tuff side but this was no problem staff quickly cooked some nice hot fresh ones. My burger was good nice and fresh

Very busy, but that is as you'd expect from a fast food chain. The staff seemed a little inattentive at times, especially with large queues waiting to be served. Unlike McDonalds, there are no self-service screens, so you should prepare in advance for longer waiting times. Other than that, the food was prepared quickly, and both looked and tasted lovely.

Food is always nice, but you pay a bit more for it. The biggest disappointment is the internal cleanliness - even at quieter times the tables aren't wiped down properly, the floor is grimy - I could go on. Staff attitude is also somewhat lacklustre - better staff and a bit of cleaning would make this 4 stars!

Small portions, large price - I got 2 handfuls of chips, a small bacon/cheeseburger and a LARGE drink for £6 - what a ripoff - I'd rather go to McDonalds and get 5x the portions for that price. The place was filthy, the only thing I liked was the drink. Wouldn't go here again

Normally the food is good but our most recent visit was disappointing. The fizzy drinks were flat so we thought the gas was probably going in the machine and the food dispite being really busy was only just warm it was too busy to line up and complain so we just eat quicker.Shame there was no vouchers available until next year.
