Topps Tiles Sudbury

The staff are wonderful! Particularly Jay who was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional. Very different to most tile shops where staff just grunt at you, it was lovely to be greeted by a friendly face and have someone know their product and go out of their way to ensure you get what you need.

I visited Topps Tiles today to inquire about Kitchen tiles and spoke with Jay. He was friendly, knowledgable and was very helpful! We will definitely be returning to purchase tiles, as soon as we can decide which ones to have (there's a lot of great styles to choose from! )

Nick found an alternative tile for us as our 1st choice had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service. He has just delivered our tiles in his own vehicle after their courier company let them down. Would definately recommend and buy again. Many thanks Nick!

Well first of as i walked in the store I was greeted my a gentlemen in a polite and energetic manor which is always a plus and I found his knowledge of tiles and interior design to be above and beyond. He has also gave me some great ideas I came in store looking to do 1 project by them time I left the chap called brett lea I had a bathroom , hallway and outside projects that I am now looking to handle as I feel I am in more then safe hands I would highly recommend the sudbury store as the level of expertise was mind blowing well done keep it up

Got the tiles I really wanted in time for the tiler. This is all thanks to Stephen and Kirstie, without whom this would not have been possible. They drove from Bury St Edmunds, to Ipswich, Chelmsford and Harlow to make up my order. Thank you so much guys you are absolutely wonderful.

Needed tiles for my bathroom so went in with list of everything I needed. Simon was an absolute star from getting everything I needed to offering great advice. He gave me as much time to make sure that I left confident that I had everything

Kirstie at the Sudbury store gave me amazing service today. I went in looking for different colour tile samples to make a mosaic which I thought would mean me hunting around through hundreds of different tile types. Kirstie asked if I needed help and I told her what I was after not expecting much assistance as I was not going to be placing a big order. She went over and above my expectations pointing me to the area with all the different colour low value tiles and even went to the trouble of going back and fourth to the stock room to get all the different varieties out for me. To top it off she even helped me out to the car with them all! 5 star service and will definitely return for when my kitchen is being renovated.
