I visited this shop for the first time this morning, it will certainly be my last.One of the ladies was rude, not very helpful, l did not see the sign on the door saying no donations Which was pointed out to me, as l left a box of books and some quilt covers on the counter. Then the woman was asking me, am l going to pay for the books or what ! Prior to that l went back to my car to retrieve some more items, (still not knowing, that donations were not being accepted.) when l got back the box of books l left on the counter had gone. To be told they are out the back. If your shop is not taking donations, why take books (which can be highly infectious) I thought taking quilts etc would be ideal for cats and dogs bedding. The female refused the quilts but not the books. WHY ? .

Great place for amazing bargains. Some items are like New so can't go wrong for the price. Friendly & welcoming staff.

I dropped off a donation and neither staff member bothered to say thanks. I went back to mention it as it had really bothered me and all I got was an ok" and an attitude that suggested I was out of order. Wish I had dropped it off at age concern"

Great shop staffed by hardworking volunteers (myself included) who enjoy meeting people ....

Lovely shop, very well looked after. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful, and there's often a bargain to be had!
