The staff are very helpful and friendly i always visited plymouth drakecirce H&B shop. today I was there to buy vitamins and supplements i need some advice so one of the staf member which is Danea was very helpful to chose my supplement most of them so nice too today i served by DANEA if I spell wrong sorry .

Went in to get some vitamins. All staffwere friendly one member of staff in particular called Ian he was so helpful an honest and explained things clearly. He is a real asset to the store.I got a good deal as at the moment they are doing a 3 packets for the price of 2 on lots of minerals and vitamins.Will be back for sure.

The younger guy that recommended me pre-workout was very educated(watches moreplatesmoredates) on sports supplements and understood what i needed whilst having a great sense of humor as well! Stock has most essentials so we will be going back.

Went into the store today to look for vitamins, we asked a member of stay where they were and he directed us straight to them. He was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to make sure I got exactly what it was that I needed. He was so lovely and kind! Big shout out to Ian!

I came into store for vitamins. I asked a staff member where about they were and he showed me to the correct aisle. This gentleman was called Ian. He was so friendly and knowledgeable in what I needed for my diet. He explained everything really well and was very helpful. 100% recommended going in this store to speak to Ian to get more advice in the future.

I'm not happy with the service I received today! I came to exchange items that came opened and leaking with my order. I told the lady at the till that I wanted to exchange items, then a lady probably her boss ,came. She told me that I needed a code on my dispatche email, so I searched for the code then she told me that I needed this code only for returns. Didn't she saw the items on the counter? Poor customer service!Nor the manager nor the checkout assistant apologised for the opened and leaked items. After exchanging my items the checkout assistant left without politeness.
