it is a Monumental Building complex near at Chelmsford which is near to Railway station, Bus stand, Central library and central Marketing area in Chelmsford. Essex UK. The central park and play area and Essex county cricket stadium is also very near this building. This is built by the architect Chelmsford chancellor Frederic and he used as his residence and later as technical institute and later become one of a monumental building in Chelmsford. Burgees Springsadjacent building is a Church and legal chambers and surrounded by no of residential block and remains as monumental building in remembrance of it chancellor.
