Tom booked an amazing holiday for myself and my partner to South Africa and Mauritius, we did safaris at the most breathtaking game reserve and lodge and then chilled out for 7 nights in Mauritius. This is by far the best holiday we have both been on and is truly unforgettable, I’m already looking at our next holiday we can book with jasmine holidays, it was so easy, clear and safe from start to finish and was great to not stress about a single thing before or during our holiday , thank you Tom!

We have used Jasmine Holidays for bespoke tours to Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China and India. They have all been excellent - the hotels that Phil and Tom guide you to are amazing from a 5 room 5 star hotel 3000 ft up over a waterfall in a rubber plantation to the Maharaja's Bedroom in a Royal Palace in India. Just arriving at each boutique hotel is an experience in itself. All the tours have had excellent guides and drivers who make sure you get to see everything with the least amount of hassle - there is little if any waiting in line etc. jasmine provide a personal service that leaves the high street and Internet guys standing and the holidays are exceptionally good value for what you get. I would never go anywhere else to create our holidays. If you ever have a problem while you are away it is sorted out incredibly quickly and the local agents they use call every day to see that everything is OK.

On our last day in Vietnam on a tour arranged by Tom from Jasmine Holidays. Thoroughly recommend this company. Tom was extremely helpful and all hotels we stayed in were excellent. Tour guides good and all transfers and flights were great. Would definately use this company again.

Just returned from a fantastic tour of Myanmar organised by Jasmine Holidays. From start to finish we were looked after by their wonderful guides who could not have been more helpful & knowledgeable (including adjusting the first few days touring as we were suffering a bit with jet-lag.)Thank you again to Jasmine (and especially Tom who put so much work into arranging the trip for us.)

Fantastic company. Have booked with them a few times to go to Burma, Laos and Vietnam and Tom has always been very accommodating to our needs. Was slightly wary on first booking as a company I had not heard of but I needn't have worried.

Jasmine Holidays....not a company we would recommend! Severe lack of communication,especially from the owner! After breaking an agreement from a booking pre covid....book a holiday with us anywhere, no time limit to spend your depost held in trust with TTA. So we tried to book a week away in Europe for May as advertised on their web site, only to be told no European agent,only supplying longhaul flights. But you are advertising Europe!! ( Now taken down). So what happened to this agreement! Emails were sent again to TTA, the travel association Jasmine belong to, as they had been involved with this agreement. They tried, but they were unable to help anymore, as they were not getting any response either, so they advised us to go to arbitration. A detailed file of emails, WhatsApp messages, mostly unanswered, etc was sent and pleased to say we were awarded our case. Yet again arbitration were having difficulty getting a response from Jasmine, till TTA urged Jasmine's owner to respond under his TTA agreement. Checking our emails/spam everyday, eventually one came straight to our inbox asking for Bank details to refund, we replied straight away. However, yet again it took a good few more weeks of constant chasing emails back and forth by arbitration, but at last refund and arbitration fee repaid. We went back to a company we have used 3/4 times before, to book a holiday to Dubai. 100% customer service satisfaction! No-one is going to take our money and then break an agreement! We were not going to go away Jasmine!

First class holiday company. cannot fault it. Service, VFM, efficiency etc, all very good and would definitely recommend them.
