I saw Krzys a few days ago for the first time. He's really friendly and professional. He did a thorough assessment of what my issues were (quite a few!) and then explained what he was going to do. Throughout the treatment he explained everything he was going to do and frequently checked that I was OK and that the pressure he was using was tolerable. He gave me exercises to do to help with my shoulder problem. The following day he messaged me to check I was OK. I am sore but I didn't expect anything else, muscle manipulation is going to be sore! I have a follow up appointment to continue my treatment and know I can contact Krzys if I need to. I would definitely recommend him.

After suffering what I believe was a slipped disc in my lower back, Krzys got me the earliest appointment available and worked his magic on me.
