She has truly gone above and beyond throughout the whole dyslexia diagnosis process, from the very first email all the way through to the extensive and perfectly detailed written report. She has amazing knowledge, expertise and experience which really showed with how fantastic and nurturing she was with my daughter, who also has difficulties with other learning differences. Thank you so much for all of your support, for seeing my daughter as an individual and catering to her whole needs! I will be forever thankful for Sarah-Jane building these first steps to get the right support my daughter needs and I can't wait to see her flourish with the guidance she has given.

Sarah-Jane was so professional, and was amazing with my son, she made him feel at ease straight away. He was a bit nervous about the assessment, but there was no need to be as Sarah-Jane made it fun and constantly praised him for his efforts.The assessment report we received was very detailed and helped to identify the different areas of strengths and difficulties. Sarah -Janes communication was outstanding and has been on the end of the phone when I needed to ask a question. Would definitely recommend these services!

I contacted Sarah-Jane to obtain an assessment for my 8 year old son. She explained the assessment process thoroughly and in a friendly and professional way. I made the decision to go ahead because she put me at ease and I felt my son would be in safe hands. During the assessment, my son was made to feel comfortable and happy which enabled him to complete it to his full potential. Following the assessment the results were explained and a comprehensive report completed. I would highly recommend this service.

Very professional, detailed, and very knowledgeable about my specific learning disability. Was very patient and caring, I came all the way from London to have my assessment as Monsarratt was highly recommended to me, I felt at ease as soon as I met Sarah I had a great cup of tea and a chat I couldn't recommended Monsarratt highly enough.

Highly recommed! Sarah-Jane was supportive from the outset in advising us at what stage in the school year to have the assessment. She really put my daughter at ease and was so friendly that it made the assessment fun for her. I received a detailed and clear report that has helped us adjust how we manage situations at home and how school can best support her in her educational journey. It meant a lot to see someone identify and praise her personal strengths and skills which can be lost in the strict school curriculum.
