They do amazing frappes strawberry and cream are my favourite, the atmosphere is always pleasant and comfortable to have a break from work and unwind. Always a happy customer when I go there.

If the staff spent more time focused on the customers orders instead of their gossip about their colleagues orientation and their weekend plans then they wouldn't be getting the orders completely and utterly wrong. Then they get upset when you challenge them about the incorrect order inferring that you are the one in the wrong.I'll be going to other coffee shops in the future!!!

Starbucks being a huge corporation don’t deserve an employee as good as Dean. Dean went above and beyond, allowing me to charge my phone initially at a table without ordering anything. I had a rough night, didn’t sleep at all and phone ran out of battery. I waited for the 6am opening, Dean saw me falling asleep and gave me a free latte while I charged my phone to make my main order. Someone needs to give Dean a pay rise and/or promotion.

The new Iced Brown Sugar Oat Espresso is delicious. The service was fast and the store is clean with lovely art on the walls. The store was fairy busy but there were plenty of seats available. One staff member was continually cleaning and sweeping which is much appreciated to have a clean store. I only have one complaint, I couldn't understand the cashier's accent, but that's on me.

Nice Starbucks and better than it looks from outside.Coffee and hot chocolate were good but we did have to return to get our cups refilled as too much just froth on the top of both.Nice and bright inside with lots of seating but it could definitely have been cleaner as lots of cups left on tables and our table wasn’t clean.On the plus side it’s open way longer hours than Costa and Caffè Nero. And staff were friendly and efficient.

Always long waiting time to be served. The empty tables were dirty and full of plates and cups so i had to clear it if i wanted to sit with my friend who i was meeting. Whilst sitting there, the staff opened the door completely and we were freezing. Not impressed. We will not be going back. Not nice place to spend the time at.
