When we entered the store today to get a replacement SIM (stolen phone), a homeless person in hi-vis with an eye tattoo on his forehead approached us and started to harass me and my fiancee. The store consultant decided not to engage and asked us to leave the tore because “he does not want any trouble”. If you are being killed outside this store (or even inside), do not expect help. Ended up waiting 20 minutes to be served and left for another Three store around the corner.

By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. The staff in this store pride themselves on poor service and a refusal to assist customers, offering only problems, not solutions. Went to a different Three store 5 mins away and they sorted me out straight away. The staff at this store made no attempt to resolve the fact that Three had sent me a faulty item and told me to return it to any shop. They stand around doing nothing, delighted that the company is losing customers. The inadequate store manager will bring all who work here down with him. All contracts with Three now cancelled. Will never return.

Irritating, not very helpful team members. Been a few times to try and return a hub/cancel a contract and that and overall have been increasingly frustrating and useless.

Purchased the three sim-card with 50GB voucher from a supermarket. Then Visited the THREE Store on 4th of August 2023 around 01:00 pm, as I couldn’t activate it through phone as line kept dropping stating “technical issue as reason”. The customer service person in THREE STORE at Trafalgar Square, not only shooed us off saying you were scammed by the supermarket to which we stated the phone number is working which he confirmed by calling on this newly purchased SIM card. So we debunked his FAKE Scam theory. Then he went on saying pay us again to get a new SIM card as this is not his problem. To sum up, TO this dude: Mate, find a new job as you suck at customer service, but well done faking it in your resume. To the mangers: this person will definitely plummet your sales.extremely unprofessional machine standing at front desk to kill his time. By the way it was a simple solution of getting the voucher punched in through the three app.

Brilliant service from the Strand Team! They helped me get the best deal suitable for me by exploring my needs. Especially Cris who made it a very comfortable journey for me to chose an ideal package. I was sceptical at first but if the customer service from the whole team made it easy.

Me brindaron una atención personalizada desde que entré a la tienda con una sonrisa hasta el momento en que me retiré, me asesoraron en la compra del teléfono que compré con una explicación adecuada para despejar todas mis dudas, Mili Acosta fué quien me atendió, pero todo el staff es muy amable, recomiendo esta tienda de Three ya que es en la que mejor me han tratado, 100% recomendable y lo mejor que también te atienden en Español436 Strand, London WC2R 0QN
