I remember having this horrible work coach called Lorraine (the white old woman) she use to always criticize me for not having a job constantly, she would always make comments look how long it's been "in a very rude way yet no actual help from her apart from sending me on numerous unpaid work placements which still didn't help me get a job... I then another Lorraine (the black woman) who also made rude comments regarding how many of my family members were on universal credit

I have given this rate because when you can't call your advice at job centre they make you call the 0800 number which is you have to wait for ages just to speak to someone. And not only that they got rid of the phone how you meant to contact your advice in case your you can't make it in or you are running late

Polite service from all staff. However no privacy for conversations. All visitors should be offered a private meeting space. There are breaches of personal data due to interviews going on all around the waiting area. Requires urgent attention.

I'm a single mum, working a part time job on barely any money, and studying. All the help I've got from these lot is look on indeed. Pathetic excuse for help, I want to start a career and they just want me off the list. Ridiculous and unacceptable

It was very good and staff of excellent and it will do I could do with more help with people with special needs like myself but obviously times are hard the security guards are well done

Hate having to go here and today was no exception. The main door still had the shutters down and we had to enter via another door.Not the nicest or friendliest of places. No lift either, so don't know what you would do if you are in a wheelchair.

Usually very good and rarely an issue. However there have been a few times where they haven’t scanned or processed my medical notes online thus leaving me in difficult situations more than once which has often negatively impacted my already fragile health. Other than that, not an issue.
