Wouldn’t recommend. Received a letter from them 9 months after moving house to request a further sum of money because they forgot to include it on the completion statement. Letter stated EG Law had tried calling and left a voicemail but were clearly calling an incorrect number.Not very proactive with keeping us informed throughout our buying and selling process and failed to provide us with necessary documents relating to the electrics for the property we were purchasing.

We have recently used EG Law for our house purchase. Vivien Hodgson dealt with us and she was incredibly professional and prompt with everything. Communication has consistently been clear and timely and has resulted in a stress free (as far as buying and selling a house can be) process. I cannot recommend this company, and Vivien in particular, highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
