Im not one to leave negative reviews but however i Paid a lot of money to have my hair coloured with scarlett. Was a waste of money. My hair looked nothing like i wanted it. All they did was offer a free toner with a blowdry that i had to pay. Not happy at all. Shall not be returning again.

Had a surprise appointment with Scarlett today as an early Christmas present from my family and she did an amazing job. KH hair has always done brilliantly with my hair and I would recommend them to anyone. Well worth the money. Thanks ladies, see you again soon!

Been going there since my mum took me for my first hair cut! Worth the money. Friendly, lovely coffee. And the staff are great, its a booshy experience.

Great service, lovely professionals. Always handy to get last minute appointments, and they actually recognised us from a visit a year ago! Really enjoy coming, always offered a coffee and made to feel special. Can highly recommend Jessica & Kayleigh, but sure the others are equally amazing!

Today was a difficult day for me, in the midst of chemotherapy my hair was coming out fast. I was recommended to see Louise at Sadler Gate and the whole experience was made into a positive, uplifting, relaxing and reassuring restyle. Louise was empathetic, caring and professional, she absolutely got how I was feeling and gave me a super make over. I left with a super new style, feel ten years younger and ready to take on whatever the next steps are. Thank you Louise, though that isn't enough to really tell you how you made me feel today.

Thort we would share the experience with others or maybe WORN.We had an appointment with Kayleigh going from dark/ high light she said that we take it in step by step we did the first die witch cost £150 the next appointment come we spoken to her and she saying she’s not sure if she can do the job as obviously she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve nothing agencies her just the service is shocking she shud have let us know in the first place so we didnt waste the money changing colour. Think twice if ur using this sallon as they are just after a quick money and let you half way someone else has to finish the rest.we really shud have knower wen we met her as she looked dirty and rough tbh. AVOID THIS PLACE

100% recommend. Left the salon feeling amazing. Can’t thank Jessica enough for making me feel so welcome. It’s nerve racking having to try out a new hairdressers but I could have felt more at ease and relaxed. Hair feels so much lighter. I shall definitely be booking in again. Thank you x

I really want to be fair, I was left rather disappointed with my visits. On my first visit, the stylist left to work on someone else half way through as she has another appointment booked in. I have curly/frizzy hair and my hair was dried and no straightener used on it. I left feeling rushed and almost as if I was in the way. I wasn’t happy with the style and it was different to what I asked for. My friend always comes out with amazing hair so I tried them again. Again, my hair was dried and not straightened, when I did ask for it to be straightened, and I again felt rather rushed as parts of my hair were still messy and not how I wanted them. The staff are lovely, but it was expensive for a rushed service. Left upset both times.

Took my wife for a treat to derby from Yorkshire where we moved to. This was her local back in early 2000. This person (Scarlett) did an amazing job. As always, great team, great service. Best salon at sadler gate. Thankyou.
