I visited Banks a few days ago. I wanted about 6 or 7 items. The two girls in there were brilliant. They were so helpful and pleasant. One of them came with me round the extremely well equipped shop showing me where the items were and, believe me, she knew where everything was. She was such fun too. In this day and age of some quite miserable people round and about, it was like a huge breath of fresh air to go into Banks and meet two cracking girls like that. Top marks on every level. Thank you.
