We had our MOT carried out and it was easy booking etc, when we dropped the keys off it was a rushed 'key please' welcome. We dropped the car off with no issues at all but when I got a call back I was told there was a warning that came on, it didn't happen on collection and not again, they described the problem on the phone briefly to me but when my partner picked the car up It was very dismissive and not much was said about the issue even though it was brought up. Can't complain about the work but the attitude could be improved.

After being let down by another garage, I popped into Halfords to book an MOT, the chap I spoke to (I think he was called John) was so friendly and helpful and was even able to book my MOT for the same day, as it was a Saturday I wasn't expecting such fast and efficient service. I'm really impressed and would definitely use this garage again. Big thumbs up from me!

Massive thank you. Had a issue with a battery failure whilst on holiday (from Manchester) managed to get a jump and get it here (which was very lucky as we were at the aquarium around the corner) it was a Sunday and explained the issue and travelling back tomorrow. They were straight on it ensuring they had the battery and installing straight away..Many many thanks... You made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for me and my family.

Well done to Kyle and his trusty crew. Brake problem with T4 Camper. All garages hectic but luckily Kyle had a cancellation! Shot down to Plymouth where new pads and discs fitted for £273. Problem sorted!

Called in on the spur of the moment due to my air-conditioning not working properly and it being blistering hot. I was greeted with a smile, and i can do that attitude and more than happy to fit me in and regas my car straight away, which was really reasonably priced too..Thanks again. i really appreciated your interest in wanting to help me out on such short notice.

We entrusted our pride and joy to Exeter Street Auto-Centre here in Plymouth after calling in to speak to the guys in person to get a feel for the place before we decided what to do.Everyone we encountered were polite, informative and friendly and they were all happy to chat making the decision for us easy to make.Sure, you can trawl around looking for cheaper and you may save a couple of quid here or there but you are getting good service and quality care for your car along with piece of mind.So, thankyou Halfords and all of the staff for your good work :)Citroen C4 picasso exclusive 150 2L ad-blu 2015

Phoned up to have my clutch looked and and told it could be looked at a week on Friday (so 9 days time). On the day before I had a call telling me they don’t repair clutches and don’t know why I was booked in on the system.So a complete waste of time, seems the person in reception needs re-training
