Visited here today. 1st time out of the house since lockdown as i am shielding. I received a 1st class service abd the staff are taking all necessary precautions during the pandemic. The difference between the personal service provided by this independent optician compared with the national chains is palpable. Highly recommended.

Superb opticians. Privately owned and offering truly impartial advice with no pressure to buy. Over the last 4 years my eyesight has deteriorated slightly, but not enough to warrant my having to buy new lenses or new frames. They were extremely honest in sharing that view with me and resisted the temptation to get another sale off the back of an eye test. All credit to them. Would highly recommend them.

I have been visiting this opticians for many years and been more than happy until this years experience. I expressed my concerns about the atrocious service and catalogue of errors only to be dismissed with a half hearted 'sorry about that' followed by 'shall I take you off our mailing list' clearly I am not profitable enough for this business
