Completely blocked Somerset terrace in windmill Hill for over 30 mins in both directions and when contacting the number on signs and truck was told a complete lie that the number I called was a bricky in Birmingham a neighbour who was stuck in traffic actually had to move the vehicle I explained to the number that I could of been an ambulance or fire engine no regard for nobody and to leave what looked like a child to take the abuse is disgusting if you take a job on atleast do in the CORRRECT rules !!!!
