I've been coming here for years to look for items. I'll never be coming back. Took donations in today. Male staff member was an absolute snob. When I asked for my carrier bags back I was told they couldn't take all my donations. Really? Free stuff for them to sell on? Picked up everything, I'll take it elsewhere.

Lovely staff and good cause but ruined by the stupid opening hours. Saturday 9 to 4:30 is ridiculous people don't start going out shopping until mid-morning on Saturdays 10:30 to 5:30 would be much better

Brilliant place to go. The staff that work there are so friendly, lovely, full of life. The shop is very clean, has lots of eclectic items at really reasonable prices . I have been to this shop many times and always find something new to buy. Highly recommend this shop. Grab a bargain

Great place to browse, buy a few useful items and donate to a good cause. We adopted our cat from the RSPCA after she was rescued 13 years ago and still lives happily with us so we have a great deal to thank this organisation for. Thank you to the volunteers who keep this place going

It's a great shop and has some great people working there who are really professional, friendly and show excellence in their service. I used to go there all the time whith my almost 2 year old. Although I will not be coming back after I've been seriously offended by a member of staff who I haven't seen before. Short hair lady, not a regular member of staff. I was in with my toddler and he was out of the pushchair. He asked to see a toy so I handed it to him. He wasn't making a mess or doing anything wrong. In fact he was behaving better than some adults I've seen there. This lady kept stalking us around the shop obviously uncomfortable with the fact that he was out of the pushchair and probably didn't like the way I looked. Kept following us around and I was already uncomfortable. My son then asked me to see a peppa book so as I was putting the previous toy back to then hand the book this member of staff comes to me and says lady make sure your child is not touching the toys

As a shopper, I've found this place to be interesting and well organized. My donation experience is decidedly less positive. I've donated a bag or two of books and clothes in the past. When I moved out, I called ahead to ask what was acceptable and was told to just bring everything by. I did so on moving day (the only time I had access to a vehicle). I was shocked that they did not even look at the two boxes of books and many other items I had carefully packed for them. Certainly they have the right to accept what they want, but why not say they don't want books when I called ahead and asked what was being accepted? It pained me to have to leave thousands of dollars of books in the garbage dump due to time. I hope this charity shop learns to communicate better on this topic, and wish others do not have the same experience I did.
