Just recently purchased a new car from Arnold Clark Ayr branch and the customer service I received from Jamie Gray was amazing. Throughout the whole process he kept me up to date and made it stress free for myself. Jamie is very approachable and has went above and beyond for me to get my new car. Recently purchased my new car and can’t rave more about this branch. The service was spectacular from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for my sales advisor Stuart Robertson he ensured the whole process was stress free and completed in a timely manner. Also, any other staff members I came in contact with were friendly and more than happy to help and point me in the right direction. Can’t recommend this branch enough.

I recently purchased a new car from the Ayr branch in Wheatpark Place. My sales advisor was Andrew Smith. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He made the whole process stress free, and was great at talking me through the cars spec etc on collection and if I was unsure of how to work anything I could just give him a call or pop into the showroom - nothing was too much trouble - great after sales care. He even took time to phone me the day after collection to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend this branch and the team highly. Can’t thank them enough for finding me my ideal car

Professional and knowledgeable staff, Andy was excellent at taking me through the process - from choosing the car to completing the paperwork. He kept me informed throughout of the progress of receiving the car and talking me through the controls, follow up calls to ensure all was well, a great experience. Booked my car in for a service at the Ayr Kia branch of Arnold Clark.All of my contact with the garage relating to the service was conducted through their service advisor Megan Andrews, who was very professional in her dealings with me. She was able to talk me through the invoice for the work performed and also advised me about a couple of items that were found during the service.I would not hesitate to recommend this garage especially for the friendly and knowledgeable staff that they have working there.

Recently ordered a new vehicle. Dealt with a few members of the sales team but primarily Cameron Currie. He was extremely professional as were his colleagues. Highly recommend this sales team.
