My husband and son sat and waited for a hair cut for over half an hour. They were ignored. One of the barbers finished a customer’s hair went outside for a cigarette break for 10 minutes then came back in an ignored my husband and beckoned someone over who had been in the shop for two minutes. It had taken us all morning to get our son in the right frame of mind for a haircut. Disgraceful customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Salvatore's barber in Sleaford! They did a fantastic job cutting my little boy's hair and were incredibly friendly and patient with him. The stylist created a professional style that my son absolutely loved. We're definitely making this our go-to place for haircuts from now on!

Great service, good prices, quality haircuts! Always greeting people with a smile on their faces. Be prepared to wait a couple of minutes in line since they always have customers ( for good reasons ) !

Explained repeatedly what I wanted. All I would get back is a solitary ok" each time. Barber seemed very flustered when I explained I wanted a little more taken off the top and was visibly confused I didn't want either of the two hair cuts he was capable of. First and last time."

First barber experience in 6 years. Went for a very bold and drastic change from my norm, that I was uncertain about. Antone knew exactly what I needed and filled me with confidence from start to end. Will definitely be going back.

In my opinion, the best hairdresser's in Sleaford.Be prepared to wait approx 30 as there is always a queue but this speaks volumes by itself.A haircut is less than £10 and they also do traditional face shaves.

I carnt believe that the barbers is still open at this time with the present situation of the cronavirus. This is showing no reguard for customers or staff no way can hairdressers obay the 2 metre rule . Hairdressers were told to close to help the NHS and people's lives shame on you !

When I first started using them, would get a good cut, but over the last couple of years this has not been the case, staff don’t seem to understand anything you tell them, not even knowing the difference between a no 2 trim and no 4. Don’t think I will bother again, certainly as they charge top price.

Butcher my sons hair, make sure you are very very clear with what you want or they will just take loads off. He went in with curls and came out with the standard short back and sides despite clear instructions on how short he wanted it on top. Never experienced this before, usually hairdressers are keen to ensure they know how short he wants it and to keep his curls. he now has the a typical 'toddler cut. Poor soul has to go into school looking like this!"

Getting a close cut on the back of my neck should NOT be painful and certainly should not leave me with marks almost two weeks on. You don't need to take skin off to get a clean cut
