I went there as part of my Scrutiny group they were very helpful, pleasant and open.

Had house fire and when you get updates don’t get back to you left bathroom with no flooring down said give me a £50 voucher for b@q that not going cover cost and pay someone to lay it they don’t care my passage floor was damaged and refused to replace I’m fuming with the way they lie and think you have pocket full off money to pay for what they should be paying for as not my fault iPhone charger set on fire so how ment to bath my kids with no flooring down and I leave message yesterday and don’t get back to you so waste my time I take this higher just knowing where to start
