Great swift job replacing the element in our oven.It went at 6pm one night. With lines open until 7pm, I was able to call and fix an appointment for the next day (Saturday), when the engineer came out and sorted.Would definitely use Home Needs again.

Really helpful no hassle installation. Much better than an online store. Here I can speak to a real person with experience and great customer service. Installed the hob with no headaches.

I needed a new washing machine. I had a bin full of wet laundry. Very worried I found Home Needs Appliances on Facebook. I rang the same day and I spoke to a very well informed young lady. As my old washing machine was 10 years old I decided I needed a new one. She suggested a Hotpoint at a very good price. I was very worried about having it installed and the old machine taken away. She offered this service at a very good price. I do not live anywhere near their premises and was amazed when the new machine arrived at 8.15 the next day. A beautiful machine . The attending engineer was very respectful of my home and had the machine up and running before the wet laundry had a chance to start to smell. Cannot praise highly enough the friendliness, efficiency of the staff and the excellence and competitive prices of the wonderful merchandise that they sell. I have put their telephone number on my telephone any problems I may have in the future they will be the very first people I ring.

Very poor communication with customers.I was contacted on Saturday 14th October informing me a sensor that I had already paid for 6 weeks ago was no longer available and I would be refunded. Today is Thursday 19th October and still no refund. I had sent a message on WhatsApp also chasing this but still nothing.Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend.Please note - the engineers that visit are very good and polite. It seems the organisation at the store is at fault.Please return my money otherwise you will owe me compensation for retaining it for longer than necessary.In today’s world, processing a refund is a matter of just a few mins. It doesn’t take 6 days (and counting) to do this. Simply unacceptable.

I want to share very good experience from using the services of HomeNeeds Appliances for replacing and installing new washing machine. Daniel did a good job and he is a very nice person. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the firm. Our induction hob stopped working they were able to get an engineer out the next day. The initial contact was well handled, informative, responsive and non-pressurised. We had problems with the electronic payments and they did not take advantage of our demise. The engineer was very respectful, and approached the diagnostics in very skilful way, all with utmost care. The solution required a return visit, which was all handled well.
