I feel very fortunate to have encountered Stephen of Craig Middleton McGuire who took a stressful development off my hands and drew up and submitted plans within a matter of days. He patiently listened to my concerns and questions and surprised me with his depth of planning knowledge, and experience in all aspects of building and design. Stephen has over seen all aspects of the application and provided detailed drawings which were a combination of my needs, the councils requirements and his vision for the project. Moving forward I have so much trust in CMM that I am actively looking for projects to make use of their talents. I thoroughly recommend this team and would be pleased to provide references at any time. Stephen is currently working on a terrace house redevelopment on Dawes Road, London SW6 for me.

This was our first attempt at renovating and extending our home.Stephen was superb to work with, very patient and full of great ideas but with a mindful eye on our budget. He was a real asset when dealing with the planning department at the council and worked diligently with them to get our plans approved and our dream house built.After moving a couple of years ago we did not hesitate to re-engage with Stephen Craig and he has proven his worth again, this time with a different more challenging council. I was referred to Stephen by a close friend who had used his services on a number of occasions. Not having undertaken a project of this scale before it was imperative that I selected someone who not only provided an inspirational design but was able to guide, coach and advise during what turned out to be a highly complex and prolonged project.
