Sad to say things started reasonably but we have no other choice in our area, their wifi died after 2 days but I use my own equipment which was OK for the first 11 months but in June they upgraded their wifi masts and sites to improve capacity, after the upgrade" service began to drop every shower reported in June and told they were aware and monitoring and dealing no updates for a few weeks then when the weather took a turn for the worse service off and on 8 times in a day

Can't handle more than 1 person using internet without causing massive lag, lose internet for hours at a time if it rains meaning I can't work from home using this service. Worst internet supplier going

According to their voicemail, their email support box is constantly monitored. My initial email was sent at 8:15 to inform them that our connection is down and asking if we could get an update as to what the problem might be. 5 hours later, I'm still waiting for some sort of update/response from Lothian Broadband.

I have to use Lothian due to my location and lack.of providers. They are ok. It does go down fairly frequently, although this has improved over the last year to a degree. Speed is better than a standard BT phone line

Totally unreliable. We have had internet cut out pretty much every day for the last couple of weeks. Most days there is some sort of issue which makes working from home frustrating at best. Also terrible communication from company when there is an issue. If there was any other option for us we would jump at it.

Awful..and not even Gone live yet ! E mails for other customers coming to me. Umpteen e mails telling me they dont have my direct debit details yet.(theyve had them twice) soundds like theyre in total chaos. Many phone calls..nothing sorted.

Used to be good. Now awful service. Frequent outtages, no response to emails or phone calls. No call backs when promised. Definitely looking elsewhere. Would not recommend them. Answer your phone and emails!
