Told that due to a capacity issue they cannot process my order, just happens to coincide with the removal of there 3 months free offer - no plans to upgrade the network to give me a connection...Update: had a sales rep knock my door today, explained what I was told, he called his boss and there is capacity to have it installed. This company have no idea what they are doing, rather sad... he was delightful and the most helpful of everyone I have spoken to.

The worst

I wish I could give zero. Avoid this provider at all costs if you can even if that means accepting slower Internet speeds. 14 months to get installed, misinformation at every point and a formal complaint barely acknowledged. After 2 months of fighting with a very non existent customer services it was agreed that I would be given 3 months free Internet for the trouble we had and the fact that I had to renew with my previous supplier and then pay to get out of that contract. Has that 3 months free been upheld, course it hasn't. Emailed customer service 3 times for them to fix and heard nothing. AVOID this abysmal company, there is NO customer service, the installation process is a nightmare and the Internet cuts in and out every day.
