Brilliant customer service, went in on a whim after recently acquiring a large property which needed A LOT of work ! The manager, Jason is brilliant, he's honest and doesn't try and give you the hard sell, told him I was in a budget and he did his utmost to accommodate me , right down to the final tin of gloss! He really knows his stuff about paint and it's obvious he's am expert in his field! Excellent store, honest customer service and a wide range of everything paint you need ! Would recommend!

Great experience . I went earlier in the week and was told how to prepare the work before buying the paint . I came back and found the service helpful and not patronising - not everyone knows what may be obvious ! It’s fairly easy to park around and much better than the big DIY stores . I bought a brand of paint that isn’t stocked in many places and there were big tester boards for it ! As a new customer I got 20% with a Brewers card

I went into Boyd Street Shieldfield branch late on this afternoon (Mon) for advice on a certain colour of paint. The young man who helped me was really nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't praise him enough. Didn't get his name but think he deserved a mention.
